7-Day Returns

As EVERA works with a network of international suppliers and fulfilment partners, the appropriate return process and return address can vary depending on the product and the supplier involved in your order. Once you contact us, we will review your request and provide you with the specific return instructions that apply to your order. Please do not send items back to a supplier directly, and note that items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it: unused and, where applicable, with any original tags and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

30-Day Warranty

EVERA products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or remove, any statutory legal rights you have as a consumer under the law applicable to your purchase.

Refunds

Once we have reviewed your return request and any returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
