At EVERA, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you order with us.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 Working Days
- Express Shipping: 2–6 Working Days — available as a paid upgrade at checkout
"Working days" refers to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
International Fulfilment
EVERA works with a network of international suppliers and fulfilment partners. Depending on the product you order and your delivery destination, your order may be shipped directly by one of our fulfilment partners in China or other international locations. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices, and we aim to be transparent with you about how your order reaches you.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available, once your order has been dispatched.
