EVERA works with a network of international suppliers and fulfilment partners, and orders may be shipped directly by a fulfilment partner in China or other international locations, depending on the product and your delivery destination. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once an order has been handed over to a carrier or fulfilment partner for delivery, risk in the goods passes to you, without affecting your statutory rights.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns, refunds, and our 30-day warranty are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund & Returns Policy limits or removes any statutory legal rights you may have as a consumer.
